Civitates – the European Democracy Fund – is looking for an Impact and Learning Manager to join our team in Brussels. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen our ability to learn from our work, communicate our impact, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Since 2018, Civitates has supported more than 60 organisations in 18 countries with over €20 million in funding. Our work spans three key areas: strengthening civil society organisations, tackling the role of technology in democracy, and supporting independent, public interest media. As our new Impact and Learning Manager, you will help us deepen our understanding of the difference we are making across these fields and amplify the voices and stories of our partners.
Key responsibilities include managing our impact and learning frameworks, facilitating peer learning and reflection, producing clear and engaging reports, and supporting the capacity building of grantee partners.
This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Brussels (with flexibility for exceptional EU-based candidates). The role offers a competitive salary of €4,100–€4,500 per month gross and benefits.
